Special Notes:

• Gift Card orders are recommended to be placed no later than December 16th.
• Electronic Gift Card orders are recommended to be placed no later than December 20th.
• Special Order Items - Items that are marked as special order items and are shipping from a 3rd party may be delayed due to the holidays. LIDS is not responsible for transit times.
• Orders will not ship from our facility on December 22th through 25th and December 31st and January 1st.
• Business days are Monday - Friday.
• Orders ship from our Indianapolis, IN facility (with the exception of special order items).
