The delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. This includes the order processing time and shipping time. Processing time for products that are currently in stock is 1-2 business days.

- We do not issue refunds due to weather or carrier delays.

Estimated Production Times
For product that is being customized or personalized with embroidery, the following timelines represent how long it takes LIDS to design and produce your order. These times are in addition to the time it takes to ship your order to you.

Estimated Expedited Production Times
There are two ways that you can get your order faster. The first is to expedite the shipping method you choose (cutting down on the shipping time) and the second is to expedite production (cutting down the time it takes LIDS to design and produce your order). Separate fees apply for both options.

Digitization Timeline
If an email address is provided, the customer will be sent an electronic image of the stitch file to approve within two business days from the date the order was purchased.
